For your information
Check-in and check-out
Check-in start at 5pm for the Residence. And 4pm for the Hôtel & Spa L'Eclose.
Check-out must be before 10am and your accommodation must be perfectly clean.
Parking
Underground parking is available for a charge payable on site.
Winter: €18/day and €94/week
Summer: €9/day and €47.50/week
Ceiling height is 2m20.
Tax, eco-contribution and deposit
A tourist tax, collected on behalf of the commune, is payable by the customer. In l'Alpe d'Huez, this amounts to 3.96€ per adult per night.
An Eco-contribution is collected to help protect the environment and sort waste. The charge is 0.20€ per adult per night.
A deposit of 500€ is required on arrival. Without it, you will be refused access to your accommodation.
A deduction will be made from your deposit in the event of non-payment, failure to keep the accomodation clean, damage or any other situation justifying it.
Baby kit
A baby kit is available free of charge.
Although it is preferable to book in advance, please contact reception if you need one.
It includes: cot, high chair and bath.
In accordance with current European and French safety standards, the baby cot is provided without a mattress to prevent any risk of suffocation. Therefore, no mattress or sheets are supplied with the kit.
Cleaning
Cleaning at the end of your stay is included in the price. Please note that you must return your accommodation in a clean and tidy condition. This means :
- Dishes clean and tidy
- Clean the kitchen
- Clean the toilets
- Empty the rubbish bins (the bins are on the pavement on the left as you leave reception).
- Sheets and towels should be left in the bath. Mattress protectors remain on the beds.
Any failure to maintain cleanliness requiring action other than that described in our Terms and Conditions may be billed to the security deposit.
Animals
They are admitted on presentation of their vaccination certificate.
A daily rate of €16 applies. For stays of more than 4 nights, a charge of €80 will apply for the entire stay.
Please keep them on a leash in the building and gardens.
Please also pick up after your pets. Special bags are provided at the garden gates.
Responsability
We would like to draw your attention to the fact that, in accordance with current French legislation, the sale of tourist stays is not the responsibility of hoteliers. Consequently, Odalys Vacances cannot be held responsible for the loss, omission, theft or damage of personal belongings, particularly in your accommodation, communal areas and adjoining car parks.
We remind you that you are responsible for the security of your accommodation during your stay and that it is up to you to insure yourself accordingly.
Minors
Minors remain under the full responsibility of their parents and/or carers throughout their stay.
Access to communal areas such as the swimming pool, sauna & hammam or gym is authorised ONLY under the responsibility of an accompanying adult.
Ski pass
We do not sell ski passes on site. Ski passes can be purchased online or at the lift ticket offices.
Fire prevention
When using your toaster and/or hob, please follow these instructions:
1. Turn on the hood.
2. If there is smoke, open the windows without removing the smoke detectors.
3. If the drill goes off, leave the apartment following the green signs and do not use the lifts.
