How can I access the residence in the evening or at night?
All doors can be accessed using the residence code.
What is the code to access the residence, the swimming pool, the fitness room, and the ski lockers?
You can ask for the general code at the reception, or you can find it on the homepage of the QR code.
Are snow tires, chains, or snow socks required to drive up to Alpe d’Huez?
Yes, proper winter equipment is mandatory.
Do you allow pets?
Yes, a supplement of €16 per day or €80 per stay will be charged. Please ensure you bring your pet’s vaccination record.
For everyone’s comfort:
Pets must be kept on a leash within the residence and in the gardens.
Please clean up after your pet.
Restrictions: Pets in categories 1 and 2, as well as exotic pets are not allowed.
Do you have a luggage room?
Yes, it's located near reception.
Do you have a bakery service?
Yes. Orders must be placed the day before for next-day pickup, every day before 3:30 p.m. at reception. Please note that on Sundays, orders must be placed before 12:30 p.m.!
You can pick up your order the next day starting at 8 a.m.
Do I need to pay for my bakery order when I receive it?
The total amount of your order will be added to your bill. We kindly ask that you settle it the day before your departure.
What does online check-in involve?
There are no arrival formalities. The security deposit and tourist tax are paid in advance. You can access the apartment directly without going through the reception. You will receive a notification when the apartment is ready, and it can be accessed with the key placed on the table.
What is the tourist tax per person, per day?
The tourist tax is €4.16 per adult, per night. This includes:
€3.96 for the tourist tax paid to the municipality of Alpe d’Huez
€0.20 for environmental preservation and waste management
Minors are exempt from the tax.
What time should I check out of my apartment?
At 10 am
Is an inventory inspection carried out upon arrival and departure?
The inspection is handled by our team. The housekeeping staff checks the apartment before your arrival and after your departure.
What should I do when checking out?
According to our General Terms and Conditions, the end-of-stay cleaning is included in our rates. However, we kindly ask you to leave the accommodation tidy and in a generally good condition.
To make our work easier, please:
Place the bed linen and towels in the bathtub
Clean and put away the dishes (the dishwasher must not be running or filled when you leave)
Leave the kitchen, bathroom(s), and toilet(s) clean
Empty the trash bins
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
What is the purpose of the security deposit?
The €500 deposit is required as a guarantee in case of any breakage, damage, or theft of the apartment’s furniture or equipment. A lack of cleaning will also result in a deduction from the deposit.
When will I get my deposit back?
It is refunded after our housekeeping team has checked the apartment; this is usually done on Monday.
Can I use the hotel’s services after checking out?
We do not offer late check-outs. However, once you have returned the keys, you may continue to enjoy our various services.We can also store your luggage if needed, and you are welcome to leave your vehicle parked in our parking lot.
Where can I find my Wi-Fi code?
At the entrance of your apartment, on the door of the electrical meter box.
What should I do if something is missing?
We do not carry out an inventory between each stay. If anything is missing, reception will provide it for you.
Why don’t I have a bathrobe?
Bathrobes are included only for guests staying at the hotel. For guests staying in the Residence, lockers are available at the entrance to the pool area. It is also possible to rent a bathrobe for €18 for the duration of your stay.
I’m staying at the hotel, at what time does housekeeping usually come to my apartment?
Between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., unless you have placed the “Do Not Disturb” sign on your door.
What type of coffee machines are provided in the Residence? And in the Hotel?
In the Residence: a drip coffee maker and a Nespresso capsule machine.
In the Hotel: a Nespresso capsule machine.
Do you sell Nespresso capsules?
Yes, we offer various Nespresso ranges at €8 per box of 10 capsules.
For hotel guests, new capsules are provided each day during housekeeping service.
Is a cleaning kit provided upon arrival?
Yes, it includes a sponge, a dishcloth, 3 dishwasher tablets, a small bottle of dish soap, a small bottle of cleaner, and a trash bag.
Is the kitchen fully equipped?
Yes, the apartments are equipped with stovetops, a microwave with grill function, a refrigerator with freezer, a toaster, a kettle, and a coffee maker.
Please note that there is no oven in the apartments.
Is the baby kit free of charge?
Yes, it is free, but we recommend reserving it in advance.
What does the baby kit include?
A travel cot, a baby bathtub, and a high chair.
In accordance with current European and French safety standards, the baby cot is provided without a mattress to prevent any risk of suffocation. Therefore, no mattress or sheets are supplied with the kit.
Do you have laundry facilities?
Yes we have in front of the swimming pool.
How does the laundry work?
Payment is by credit card ONLY at the machin.
Washing costs 6€ and drying 4€.
Open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
When can my child join the mini club?
Every morning at the kids club.
Wich age can my child join the mini club?
From 4 to 11 years old.
Is there a charge for the mini club?
No, it is included in the stay.
How can I get a parking space?
You can obtain a ticket at the reception upon your arrival.
What is the parking rate?
Winter: €18 per day and €94 per week
Summer: €9 per day and €47.50 per week
What is the height limit of the parking garage?
2.20 meters.
Which parking space can I use?
You may park in any available space. The spaces are not assigned to specific apartments.
How can I reach my apartment from the parking garage?
Elevators are available from certain parking levels:
For buildings A and B, elevators are located on levels ground floor, -2, and -4.
For buildings E and F, elevators are on levels -1 and -3.
For buildings C and D, there is an elevator on every level.
Can I park outside?
The outdoor spaces along the residence are limited to 30 minutes. The parking lot located in front of the residence is private, please do not park there, as fines may apply.
Where should I throw away my garbage? And glass?
In the containers located about 20 meters from the entrance of the residence, on your left. You will find bins for general waste, recycling, and glass.
Why does the fire alarm go off?
If the fire alarm sounds, it means that smoke or fire has been detected somewhere in the residence.
⚠️ Please note: Activation in just one apartment automatically triggers the alarm throughout the entire building, leading to a general evacuation.
To avoid accidental activation:
Always turn on the extractor hood when cooking.
Ventilate your apartment if smoke appears.
Keep an eye on toasters and stovetops.
A false alarm affects all residents in the building. Thank you for your vigilance
Please DO NOT REMOVE or COVER the smoke detector, as this will also trigger the alarm.
What should I do if the fire alarm goes off?
Our alarm system is centralized and mandatory.
If it sounds:
Evacuate your apartment immediately. Do not remain on your balcony.
Do not use the elevators, take the stairs.
Go to the designated assembly point.
Wait for instructions from our staff before returning to your apartment.
❗ Do not contact reception to ask whether you need to evacuate: If the alarm sounds, there is a potential danger and your safety is our top priority. Please evacuate immediately.
Help! I have a technical problem in my apartment!
If you experience a technical issue in your apartment, please contact the reception. They will inform our maintenance team, and one of our technicians will intervene promptly to resolve the situation.
Do I need to be present in my apartment during the maintenance visit?
Your presence is not required during the intervention. However, we will need your prior authorization to access your apartment in your absence.
Please note that, for safety reasons, our technicians cannot enter the apartment if a minor or an animal is left alone inside.
